50 years ago, there were two main roads crossing each other. At their conjunction was the city center with a business district and a residential area. To the south of the business district there was a river and a bridge over it. Finally, a government building could be seen next to the major road.

Looking at the present layout, it can be seen that transport infrastructure has significantly improved. A new road has been constructed in the south-western part of the city, intersecting the main road that goes to the south. Thereafter, it continues northeastward to connect with another major road. Also, both the residential area and business district have been extended southward, now encompassing the government building. The new city center is divided by a new lake, expanded from the river. Therefore, a new bridge has to be constructed where the new road would have crossed it. At the southern end of the lake, a new dam has been constructed.
