Introduction: paraphrase.
Overview: chọn 1 điểm nổi bật của 4 age groups và 1 điểm nổi bật của 4 situations được nhắc đến. Nhóm trẻ tuổi dùng điện thoại nhiều nhất và family dinner là thời gian mọi người ít dùng điện thoại nhất.
Body paragraph 1: nói về phần trăm người sử dụng điện thoại khi đi public transport và trong restaurant vì có điểm chung là tần suất sử dụng điện thoại giảm dần theo độ tuổi.
Body paragraph 2: nói về 2 situations còn lại là street và family dinner (số lượng người dùng điện thoại on street là gần bằng nhau trong cả 4 nhóm tuổi).

The provided bar chart reveals the proportion of mobile phone users being over 18 in different contexts. Information is divided into four age categories.

Overall, the most frequent use of cell phones belongs to the youngest age group while the reverse is true for people in the oldest age group. Family dinner is the time during which the smallest percentage of phone users is recorded.

The percentages of those who are on their phones while using public transport and in restaurants decline consistently with age. Particularly, nine out of ten people aged 18-29 traveling by mass transportation use mobiles while decreases of exactly 10%, 20%, and 35% are witnessed in the remaining three age groups (30-49, 50-64, and 65+, respectively). Interestingly, the chart also shows an identical trend for people using phones in restaurants with the figures being 50%, 40%, 30%, and 15% for four age groups in ascending order.

Meanwhile, the proportion of phone users on the street is similar for all groups at around 80%. Nearly a fifth of the youngest people observed use their phones during family dinner compared to only around 10% in those ages 30 to over 65.
